Under Boot tab and put a check on Safe Boot. Restart your computer and it should boot into Safe mode. Drivers will be installed automatically. Press Win+R to open Run. type: msconfig. Under Boot tab and uncheck Safe Boot. Restart your computer again to boot in Normal Mode. Check if the Bluetooth issue is resolved.
