The GRA changes are now the default option of the mod. Why use this if you aren't using at least that option. If you have/use the Lutana NVSE plugin, there is an additional option to remove the WMXUE "MOD: " inventory sorter label added by default to all weapon mods.
Medicene stick, Paciencia, Bozar,sprtel-wood 9700, Smitty Special, the Katana. all are good in the GRA IMO. especially the modable weapons like the Anti-Material Rifle, or something. It all depends on your build.

Caps were harder to stock pile because item values were much lower. A fully repaired Sniper rifle in Fallout 3 sells for 300 caps. That same rifle in New Vegas sells for 4100 caps. I dont even think there is a single item in Fallout 3 that sells for that much let alone 8000+ caps for anti material rifles and ranger armor.
