Open your Steam library and locate the version of Call of Duty Black Ops 2 that is causing you problems. Right click it and choose Properties. In the Properties window go to Local Files tab and select Verify integrity of the game cache. The process of verification might take a few minutes so be patient.
Personally my expirience with this game is great i havent spotted a lot of cheaters and they havent affected my opinion on the game, but thats for multiplayer which is currently good in the player count but only for big game modess, zombies on the other is currently doing good so if youre wondering if you should buy this game in my opinion totally get it with the season pass.
